Our process supports three important goals: gaining depth, identifying relevance and creating value for clients. 
To accomplish this, we begin each project by (re)framing our client's problem. This first phase requires an impartial stance, an ability to see our client's situation with fresh eyes.

We then move on to the discovery phase, where we look to the real world for contextual evidence and indicators from people's lives which point to relevant insights for our client.

To begin the journey towards creating value, we structure insights against business impact, which reveal dramatic business opportunities for the client.

In the final phase, we propose a course of action for our clients, offering them the competitive advantage they require for growth.
